Certifications

The name McGard has been synonymous with quality and security since 1964. It therefore comes as no surprise that our customers include some of the most important vehicle manufacturers from all over the world. Every part we manufacture complies with or exceeds the stringent quality standards of original automotive equipment.
The Ford Motor Company, for instance, dignified our quality standards in 1993 with the 'Total Quality Excellence Award' – an award that to date has been bestowed on only few suppliers throughout the world.
In addition our products have also been tested on a regular basis in the specialised press, where they met with an impressive response.

All of these awards testify to our duty to provide 100% quality and at the same time drive us towards maintaining this level.
This is one reason that our headquarters has been certificated under ISO/TS 16949 since 2002. Our German branch was awarded the stricter TS 16949 certification in July 2005.

McGard quality objective:

If we are to meet the needs of our customers, we must manufacture maximum quality products at appropriate prices. We make every effort to improve our performance and our products, at the same time targeting the zero defects level.

Our company gives high priority to environmental protection, consumers, and personnel. Besides our objective to develop our market position we give equal top priority to our responsibilities before personnel and the gentle interaction with our environment. To do so we take account of all environmentally relevant aspects in our processes and products. Our business management is obliged explicitly to observe consistently the environmentally relevant laws, rules, and standards.
