McGard provides you and your vehicle there is one thing though that
is indispensable – fully operational customer services. What
happens when you should mislay your key? With over forty years of
experience gained worldwide we know what our customers expect from
us. Not least of all our unique customer services have made us the
world’s number one.
Our customer services can access the latest computer systems for
fast and precise customer registration. With our extensive replacement
parts stocks we can process and dispatch all orders within twenty
four hours. This is only one of the reasons that most car manufacturers
put their trust in the outstanding customer services of McGard. - Defect
parts are replaced free of charge when they are returned post
paid to McGard.
- The defect part must have arrived at McGard before
a replacement can be supplied.
- Send us only the defect part, and not the complete
set, specifying your name, your address, and
the 17-character code number.
- Send the parts to the following address:
McGard Deutschland GmbH, Nordstraße
12, D-74226 Nordheim
- Additional keys can be purchased directly
from McGard only.
- A wheel lock code card or a registration
card must be enclosed with the order. When your registration
has already been submitted, please specify this so that there
are no unnecessary delays.
- Send us your name, address, wheel lock
code number, and a cheque to the amount in euros specified
on your code card. When you want to pay with a credit card,
please specify your credit card company, number, and expiry
date.
- If you cannot find your key together with the code card of your McGard wheel lock any more and you are not registered yet, please contact us as explained below.
